    Default Need A Fansite layout

Would be greatly appreciated, If somebody could make me a free Habbo Website template, must be made on Microsoft word or CoffeCup HTML editor.

If given: If you made me a website template, I could do the website and get it up and running, And i could also make you admin/Anything else you want to be, And also you would be made co-owner with the tools that i use.

    Thankyou.
If you could make one, Please post here and i will somehow get in contact with you.
    Thanks.

There's a layout that my Graphics Manager made for my site which I'm not using and he gave me permission to upload it and distribute it... so I will upload it later but I am currently too busy with my own site to code it or else I would
