cramp in foot

I used ot get cramp in my foot when swimming, almost drowned Hahaha

But wierd thing i used to do was when i got bored i'd give myself cramp in my baconrope (hamstring, sorry).. It really hurt but i found it entertaining!

lmao the swimming bit happended to me, was swimming and then it came, i like groand and moved my foot inwards and swan to the side, i must have looked like a rite fool. And yes I also hit the spot where the cramp is to get rid of it, also i move my foot into a position where the crap doesnt hurt then like 10mins later move it again and poof the cramp is gone
