Get one of those vibrating belt things which tone the muscle. Also I would just say doing sit ups/cruches or w.e, just a few a day and do it regular.
You'll soon start to see a change.

yeh i used to want a six pack, and now i got one! woop woop!
i always made the mistake of using my Back on sit ups instead of my stomach to pull me up, but i learnd how to use my stomach and not my back and it adventully worked and i got a brill six pack!
