only if ur gay and really sure of it rly, u can't even be bisexual here without people thinking your a queer, so dunno, like if you have a relationship with someone of the same sex you should tell your parents, yeh.

It is hard to say as we don't know your age, but if your 18+ and 100% sure of your sexuality then yes of course, or else you are going to be leading a double life. You will probably find that over time they will pick up on it anyway.

Pfft since my parents thought i was bisexual (I havnt bothered telling them that im not yet roflmao) they've been the same. It's only my stepdad that changed. He seems to think hes cool having a gay step-daughter? I dont know why but he started broadcating it so i dont actually know who thinks im what anymore lolol so thats one thing you gotta think about first.

if you think they are slightly homophobic, dont tell them until you plan on settling down with someone of the same gender? really its your life and its not much of their business. i find it creepy when parents talk about sex n whatever else tbh. So i generally dont talk about such subjects around them, nor do i participatein them.

so really, if you dont mind your parents telling their friends n family, if they are like that, or dont mind them asking you questions, talking about your love life and anything else they wanna talk about to make you uncomfortable or shy, then yeah go ahead

I think if your parents/guardians don't have anything against it, you should come out.
