Easy, let me just correct you though, you want to loose body fat not weight, you might
tone your muscles if your doing alot of cardio which could put on some weight.

Anyway yeah step ups and running is the way to go. Not sure about that excersice video
but i guess it could help. Also switch to alternatives. Use weight watchers danish bread (under 50 calories per slice and like 0.4g fat) and flora pro-active (which is also low fat).
Skimmed milk (0.1g fat per 100ml, normal milk is about 4.0g fat per 100ml! avoid the blue)
And yeah, try and include more fruit veg and meats in your diet.

Another thing, you should start doing sit up excersises, and 'women push ups'. These can
    be easily done at home

    Hope this helped

15 - 20 minutes jogging in the garden isn't going to do alot for you, your body doesn't start burning fat until after 15 minutes of intense exercise therefore I can't see this helping you burn fat at all unless you're sprinting around the garden; and even then it won't be burning much. You should keep eating your 3 meals a day - have your main calorie intake for your breakfast as you will burn these calories throughout the day, then eat something light for lunch like you said a sandwich but use brown bread as it contains much less "bad" ingredients as white bread then for your tea have a decent meal like jacket potato or pasta but try not to have any chips or a snack afterwards. Never eat after 7pm at night as I've heard this is where your body stores the most fat - not sure how but y'know. Good luck on losing weight.

Okay i think youv'e gotten mixed up here.

Alot of diet programmes (especially for women) will tell you to have a low fat and carbohydrate meal. The only problem is that these diet programmes don't expect you to do alot of exercise. And if he did eat very little carbohydrates and little fat then he would have no energy rescources, which is bad because he is trying to excersise.

Really if your exercising alot you should only really cut down on the fat.
But yeah you need to eat less carbs than your burning. These are the following carbohydrates you should be eating.

    ]- Wholemeal bread
    ]- Skimmed milk
    ]- Potatoes
    ]- Pasta

There are many others, there just examples. These carbohydrates listed above are known as complex carbohydrates meaning that they will release energy over time, which is what you need =]. Stay away from mars bars etc there the bad carbohydrates

Edit: At the above post - Yeah everything you said is basically true but heavier people will start burning more fat more quickly than the average person. Also they say you shouldn't eat SIMPLE carbohydrates at 7pm because usualy you wouldn't do any excercise then but if you do then your fine. Because all the carbohydrate and energy you burn is mostly turned into excess fat

I need serious help to lose weight. I don't care what it takes, but I don't live near any Gyms that take my age and that I can afford.
I am thinking just go a full on health eating and excersise - until - I - almost - faint kind of diet. I will eat Muesli for breakfast, an egg/turkey sandwich on brown bread, no butter and a bottle of water for lunch, after school run in the Garden for 10-20mins and do step ups on a small wall. Later in the day (9 oclockish) do a 1hour fitness video three times a week (*** recommended by the DvD, otherwise it is dangerous.)
So, could you recommend any other diets?
By the way, I am hoping to lose the weight farely fast.
    Thank you for help
Don't crash diet, it's not good for you, yeah you might loose more than you would just dieting, but it'll all pile back on if you do a crash diet.

I suggest going to your doctor, explaining the situation, and ask if you can be referred to a dietitian who will be able to help you with foot habbits etc, whats good and whats bad to eat, and maybe set up a timetable with you.

If you're going to eat healthy and have regular exercise, don't give up if the changes aren't instant, because they won't be, they'll happen over time..

Yeah the changes wont be instant, but in the first few weeks you will see a dramatic increase in your level of fitness and maybe a big decrease in your body fat %
