I might be able to help actually. I know a perfect setup for a free host for the streaming from webcam, and software that will allow you to create a virtual webcam on your computer where you can play videos without any adverts or watermark on the image.

I was researching this the other week, as alot of the projects on this forum all seam to be the same, so I was thinking this idea is kinda unique.
