i just thought of a new project and wondered if anyone would be intrested in helping me with this(co-owner)

the project will be an internet TV site. i already have the domain, slymovie.com.
we could just get a new domain tho

I think he means a live broadcasting internet TV channel. In which case you would have to pay for royalties, bandwidth and servers (streaming live can be a big hardware sucker).
Problem is, its really hard to get into the market, legally which is what you would have to do in my opinion. I don't think its a project worth trying if you don't have the resources or money. However don't listen to me if you think you can get it to work, good luck if so!
