They are the Publishers of Bungie's unnanounced game, which Don Mattrick confirmed is also a new Halo installment.

So Bungie aren't finding some other company to do it? o.O I thought they'd go off and find someone else to publish their games

Well, Microsoft own all rights to the Halo franchise. It would be kinda hard to release a new Halo under a different publisher

I think it could be a squad-based shooter, with a storyline similar to R6V2, running parallel to the previous games.

Yeah, it won't be called Halo 4. The reason for this is that Bungie confirmed Halo 3 was the end of the story arc for Master Chief, but there was most likely going to be more games within the halo universe. It could be before the events of halo 1-3, during, or even after.

I would prefer a halo 4 where chief is woken up and stuff then at end he takes his suit off and retires
