well i recomend you buy Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Small Buissness or what ever verstion you want. If you want to run another OS at the same time you will need to install Windows Server/the other OS on diffrent HDs. I also recomend you get about 2-4GB of ram and 80gb - 120gbs x2 hds and 2x Intel Zeon (3.6Ghzs) CPUs. You also might want Microsoft SQL Server if you plan on useing a database - you will need a other computer for this i think but it dosent need to be that powerful as the server.
