You need to get an account then you must get money in the account to get a debit card from PayPal. It costs like $2 USD

I've just found my card and it has the account number code number, exp. date and signature strip (on rear) - I can use it at cash machines, but never tried it at a shop, i suppose i prob. can ?>

Lol, I'm gonna get one from Nationwide, w00t and jahmed, I don't think you can use it, I got a bank card that you use when you want to get money out of your account at tap tap machines and the bank. The card just makes it easier to withdraw money. Oh well-I'm gonna start using paypal!

So can you just apply for one in any bank ? Do they ask you your age and personal info like that or do you just have to sign up for simple ?

Of course you have to give personal info, it's a debit card! You have to be 13+ as well
