I have a normal bank card, would i be able to use that?

paypal says you have to be 18 in terms and conditions but they dont ask for date of birth and i have been using my solo debit card for it for ages

i was so happy when i got it using it in shops all the time ! each time i got money i would put it in an start ordering from the internet
