If I were you I'd leave it for a few weeks, be "cool and aloof" - shoot her distant glances and be her friend. Don't over flirt or go blurting anything out.

It seems to me that she already knows how you feel, and if you refrain it might force her to come to a decision and make a move.

If she hasn't done anything by then, then approach her and just ask her out. I wouldn't risk the whole "I love you" lark just yet.
