    I think it is bad as you rely on that and when you come to coding in a notepad or something which doesn't have suggestions/whatever you will forget and have to go back to stage 1 of looking at other code.

    Though I used to always get text/css the wrong way round same with text/javascript but that is now stuck in my head.

    Personally I believe it's like everything else - if you use it frequently you'll remember it. But if you don't practice or use it then you'll forget it. Different people remember different ways - this is how I remember things by using them.

    Keep going as you do, but instead of c+p-ing, make sure you understand the code, only then use it in your programs/sites, after a while, it'll just click.
