I'd like to spend the rest of my life with my partner, rather then her dying in her late 40's due to a smoke related illness/disease... It's a waste of money along with the horrible smell...

I wouldn't dump someone because they smoked because I wouldn't go out with them in the first place. Unless I didn't know, then that would be different.
