I dont think comat level does matter.

a lvl 68 got dragon full helm so.

Combat does matter if you kill higher levels then you, you can get better rewards.
Also hot spots are places where the skull has flames.
Its mainly luck really.
Theres peopel who have stood in a hot spot for 30 min etc... and gotton like 100k of stuff and theres other who have stood there for 5 min and gotton 1m+ worth of stuff.
Theres only a little bit you can do to increase the reward.
Also it dosent matter how much you risk the reward will always be the same!

yh but i wanna try out my old blitzmaul pure but cant remember pass. had 3 password requests declined. can you like give them card number cus i cant remember recovs, dont have the membership id, but i only ever bought mems from my mums card
