I think hotspots are places where theres lots of people like..

- Varrock
- Falador
- Wilderness
- Seers' Village
- Ardourgne

In F2P you have to carry more then 25k+ eg rune scim and 2h protect the 2h if u dying.

P2P = 75k+ Etc

Best thing to do to get a decent drops is to go with clans eg a pure go wild kill someone higher chance of u getting decent drop.
