    its wierd because nobody has had what i had. I phoned microsoft ... the next day they send UPS out with a sticker to my door to collect my xbox. We didnt even have to contact UPS or do anything ... nobody else seems to have has this though ?

    They got mine at the service center today aswell and I only sent mine on monday
