I've phoned Microsoft, they sent me an email telling me what to do but I havent recieved the labeling yet. I phoned them at around 6pm.

if you asked for email then it can be 24-48 hours.
unless they get your email address wrong and you're waiting for 3 days, then another 2. seriously, 3 people checked the email address and didnt spot hotmial :/

I dont care dan, Im getting a core until it comes back on the 21st.
I got a email saying where to get the label but it says

Error: Unable to retrieve the UPS Label information. Please check the retrieval link. ( Error Code: 0 )

Okay, sorted I printed off the label and stuck it to the box, anything else I need to write on the box or do?
Im going to phone UPS up tomorrow and ask them to pick it up Friday.

Nah I don't think so, just package it up and take it to wherever you need to take it, as long as it's labelled you're ok.
