Yes I would have thought jagex havea contact number/email, since how hard is it to get an email? Lots of domains come with emails for free. If you think that's being dumb then I can see you are a real people person.
Hacked because a childhood friend who knew a lot about me eventually managed to crack my recoveries (some of them were very tenuously linked to me aswell so that really mystifies me) so I guess that makes medumb. But I guess if I were like you - no friends at all - then I would be bitter at people who DO have friends and look to try and bash them.
