Hello, well my account has been hacked again - long story short, got hacked ages ago by a so called 'friend' when I moved and I couldnt be bothered with RS at that time so when I saw I was hacked I just quit and laughed at this guy. Now I want the account back it's been in his hands for a while, around a year. I got the account back with lost password because the recover a stolen one has 'modules offline please try again in an hour' now since It had his recoveries and he is still active he used recoveries to get it back. I have tried my best, giving email and post code, previous passwords, extra details in the recover a stolen password but I simply cant give enough information to them so I need an email/phone number to contact because frankly,the fact it has been hacked and doesn't have my recoveries on it and I can't get it back is pretty ******* stupid..

I've switched from supa something, to tesco, to sky and other before that supanet or whatever it is and I've moved a lot making it suck hard for me. Plus I don't know my old IP addresses.

The techy guys will tell you something that has something to do with your IP or something that never changes at your address unless you move.

Just tell them the ISP you signed up with.

I don't know what it was I can't remember when I made the account either, but it was 2005 I think.

if you got it back once you can do it again, just use the "stolen account" option and you get it back and his recovs are gone.

No as I said in the first post I used lost password because recover a stolen pass had some modules offline or something similar - your guess is as good as mine. Well I can prove a lot of details over the phone or by email so if anyon e has contact details which I cant find then please post em here.

So my appeal just got accepted, only for them to lock my account and ask me to appeal for an account unlock... never let your friends find out your first dogs name etc.. lol.
