    A bit to early.

Tell him to start doing body weights after he's 21. (The age where the body stops growing)

Doing weights at a young age will affect how your body grows.

He can try using dumb bells with his arms, 10 on each arm every day. That won't affect him much.

Its definately not too young to start working out, just tell him to get some books so he can know what hes doing.
And Josh, where did you hear that youll stay the same height if you work out before 18? lmao.
I didn't "hear it" it's basic knowledge, it'll stop his growth if he does weights every day his muscles won't develop properly and he'll stop growing.
That's why we seize the moment, try to freeze it and own it, squeeze it and hold it cause we consider these minutes golden.

Guys in my class do weights and we're 14/15 i don't think it's to early because people do take sport seriously at this age like to the top level or as far as they can get and this may include bulking up a bit! Although you're right in saying don't go over the top!

If he does it properly like I mentioned, he wont be working out everyday becuase thats bad for the body. You need a day of rest in between because thats when the muscles actually grow.
And I'm pretty sure Soy proved you wrong.
    1. Jeremy 1129 up, 295 downA named based on the biblical name Jeremiah. Used as a name for children who are blessed with a large brain and/or penis. Also used as a replacement for "perfect".
We had a child and it had a very large penis so we named it Jeremy.
