    Lol, you're condemning sky as less reliable than virgin because of one buggerup by the manufacturers of the boxes? Come on, surely it should take a bit more than that to arrive at that opinion.

    I've been with sky for atleast 4 years or more and I have not had one problem, only when theres a storm that we lose the tv for a few seconds

    My Sky+ HD has no problems and I'd definetly recommend it to anyone, also Sky gave us our Sky+HD box half price for being a existing customer for a long time so they're brilliant.

    I dunno if youve read the article or not, but if you Have a PACE box i'd check the serial number.

    The faulty boxes work fine, its just some internal wiring problems. so you may have a faulty one

    Can't beat the Sky TV Guide, I don't think I would be able to go to a different box
