    Sky+ is reliable too, atleast the boxes are going to be installed to be used as normal sky+ for 3 months, also they get it free, wow, they go a few months without a few HD channels, big deal..

    Actually, the article says they can carry on using it until they come round your house to replace it, well done Sky, some decent customer service for once!
