In all honesty, 02:00 is too late. This is coming from someone who has been on Facebook at 05:00 as many of my friends are counting down the words needed for their essay. A late night messes up your day. I've been there, done that. Get in the habit of getting to sleep before midnight. Before 23:00 used to work well for me to get up at 07:00. (Nowadays it's a relief when I can get my six hours of sleep! Catch-up timeeeeee.)

Try to get eight hours of sleep and you will feel better for it. If you can't get that at the moment, you will have to cut down on some parts of your life. Sacrifices need to be made if you want to succeed in your academic career. It's a harsh reality, but whatever the "doing stufss" (to quote) is, you might need to streamline it.

Drink plenty of water, and eat healthily. (It does make a difference!) Oh, and breakfast, too. Even if you're not hungry, force something down.

Basically like everyone has said it helps to drink plenty of water and to eat breakfast. And simply the best way to stay awake and focused is just to GET SLEEP. Nothing substitutes sleep. And even if you can't get a lot of sleep, try to sleep in multiples of 90 minutes. Like for an hour and a half, or 3 hours, or 4 and a half hours, etc. This is because you sleep in cycles of 90 minutes, with part of the time spent in non-REM (rapid eye movement) sleep and part of the time spent in REM sleep. That way you'll be waking yourself up after your REM cycles are complete - waking up mid cycle can leave you tired for the rest of the day. This is why sometimes if you get like 6 hours of sleep, you'll be better rested than if you had 8 hours since you'll have woken up mid-cycle.

I've pretty much quit Habbo & Habbox, but I still stop by every once in a while. If you knew me, send me a message saying hi, and I promise I'll get back to you! Miss all you wonderful people who saved me from boredom all those years.

I don't know if this is possible but, could you not ask if the schedule could be changed around a little? Staying up that late because you don't have time to revise any other time can't be good for you.

If not then, like people have said in other posts, drink plenty of water.

Then you need to talk to some authority figure at the school. If you can't cut things out of your day, you need to talk to someone who will help you do that. You cannot continue as you are.
