    Default [+REP]Avoiding sleepiness during studying?

I'm going to sit for a major exam this year & I need to concentrate 100% in my studies. Problem is, at times during class I tend to feel so sleepy and fell asleep..I sleep bout 2 am everyday doing stufss & revising. So, I'm wondering if anyone could come up with tips to not be sleepy during class and when revising?

    Much appreciated

    +rep for good suggestions

You go to bed at 2am? Deffinately go earlier than that!

Its all good and well to revise but sometimes not getting proper sleep will effect your brain meaning you cannot do your best at your real exams as your too tired to think properly.

Id say deffintley get into a routine of getting to bed at a suitable time and making sure you have enough sleeping time.

Gl with your exams, I got my GCSE's coming up too.

Sleep at round 10pm (or earlier) everyday, take regular breaks when revising. Eat well and drink plenty of fluids. Drink something with caffeine so you have a bit of an adrenaline. Pretty much all.

If you want to focuse 100% on studying then you should try to reduce other activities which mean 2am is your only study time... even if its just for the months leading up to exams.
