It can't come out, people forget that Rares are gone now and there's no possible way of releasing a rare now, unless they release something as a seasonal or a pay day plus rare. The both of them seem very unlikely, as the clock & power globe haven't been released either.

No, the Gothic Ectoplasm Fountain & Red Gothic Fountain were released in 'Rares' for 25 credits just like any other catalogue rares. Indeed some hotels did get them released cheaper in their Gothic sections, and the same with Deluxe Theatre Chair & romantique_clock. On our hotel though, all these were released as rares and not seasonals or miscellaneous rares.

In essence, they have the same chance as any other catalogue rare has of coming out, which with the abolition of 'Rares' is very unlikely.

It was, but what i'm saying is that our hotel treats them as 25 credit catalogue rares, like say if the Dragon Egg were released it would be 25 credits, well same with the Red Gothic Fountain because we know the Gothic Ectoplasm Fountain was released for 25 credits in rares.

I think out of all the rares the one with the biggest chance of being released again is the Yellow Solarium, but overall I think they are all relativly safe.

and just because it's summer doesn't mean they will rise quickly Depends how quickly people begin to want them, if no one decides to make summer rooms then their demand will stay stable/decrease.
