    No. If someone is making a sexual reference or being racist I wont hesitate to report them. And I am reasonable when expecting that the situation be dealt with within a reasonable amount of time. Sulake shouldn't advertise Habbo as a 24/7 moderated game if they're not helping people.

    Obviously they're trying to help someone. But not efficiently, nor affectively. The percentage of people getting help that need it is horrible.

    Because it's 1 person dealing with 10,000+ people or whatever. It's why habbo turned **** after they got rid of hobbas.

    A banned user in habbox help desk came on a clone, it was a clone with my habbo name in it along with some swear words. I was going to kick but instead Snim (an X HabboX and Hobba), Habbox's own Jin, and I decided to sit down and wait, and let Jin report the user. We waited, and waited, and waited. It's now been over an hour, and we've sent in 10+ calls for help, about getting the flame user banned, and hate rooms deleted. They've all been read. Not ONE response, ban, or caution to the user who should have been banned.

    This is absolutely ridiculous. The mods are paid adults who should be doing their job. They have no dedication or desire to be doing what they're doing. If it was more busy then I would maybe think this was a bit more reasonable. But This clone had been making hate rooms, harassing us, swearing at us, the whole 9 yards. And 3 people reporting this user for over an hour resulted in absolutely nothing being done.

    I reported this same user last week on a different name many times, nothing was done.

    My little sister would make a better moderator than the UK staff. Every year I'm watching the system get worse and worse.

    Exactly the same happened to me yesteday, i was trading i think syrupmonkey and hadn't talked for about 10 mins, only over IM which then i was only talking about trading. i got a warning saying alter my behaviour.

    I sent a CFH Back saying show me what i've done wrong then?

    and they sent a link back to the bloody help tool, why on earth would the help tool answer that?

    I hope someone phones up and gets them fired. cause i was close to yesterday, their just bloody fat slobs.

    When I was getting hacked, at the exact time it was happening, I called for help and they just auto reply with. 'Please use the www.habbo.co.uk/help'

    I couldn't exactly go through all of that could I?
