    3rd day in and it still hurts, not surprising really. I've also incorporated keeping my legs raised just off the ground for an extra 45 seconds in between excercises to work the lower area

    i did two in a row and i did my neck in so i thought it best i have today off as i have a rounders tournament on thursday and i would hate to be injured for that as i'm captain

    I prefer the gym, everything is there really .. from machines to weights. Just go and do what you have to, and it gets you in the zone. I try to do sit ups in my room I get distracted and do somthing else in a Gym .. you cant do nothing else you are there to train .. Helps me

    I could go but i really cbb to go to the gym i may start when i have time but i only have time to work out in my room atm so yea

    same, hi5. I just do pushups and some weights. Only thing you really miss out on without the gym is a benchpress imo.
