
Yeah the guy with the nice hair and pack is struggling and the women may aswell just go and lie down under a tree for all she does. Then again i was out tonight and like couldn't feel my stomach..Its the best one I've ever used.
Though I have pulled a muscle in the chest (didn't know it was possible) god knows how I did it.

i did two in a row and i did my neck in so i thought it best i have today off as i have a rounders tournament on thursday and i would hate to be injured for that as i'm captain

I prefer the gym, everything is there really .. from machines to weights. Just go and do what you have to, and it gets you in the zone. I try to do sit ups in my room I get distracted and do somthing else in a Gym .. you cant do nothing else you are there to train .. Helps me![]()
