    There's some tutorials on Google, depends on which drive you have, and I get 10 disks for £9.99.

    i have the samsung one, also is there a way i can do it without having to take the drive out of the xbox and flash it through the xbox?

    Nope. you need to connect the Drive to a PC with a SATA Port, OR a USB > Sata Connector.. Then you flash the firmware.

    USB to sata connector, ooh that sounds right. I dont have a SATA drive though does that matter ?

    He's just said you need one or a SATA connector, so yes it does matter.

    USB to SATA only works on a Hitachi drive, and the SATA card you get has to be VIA VT6421 or VT6421A (you can get PCI ones off eBay)

    Hmm, well im hopefully getting a new computer within the next month so il try include that in the buying of the components

    Rubbish. It can't look suspicious unless you get a bad rip with a bad SS.bin rip, DMI or PFI. Possibly AnyDVD corruption aswell, but abgx checks for that anyway.

    Hell, get 9999999 games in a day if you want, as long as they're all verified, LIVE just sees it as a regular disk.

    It cost me £30 but you can get it done for £15 now.
    You need a DVD+R DL Burner and Verbatim (those are the best ones, believe me) Double Layer discs. You can get them for £1 each. I have made no coasters using them while with cheap companies I have about 25 coasters.
