Chipped xbox

Well im thinking about getting my downstairs xbox chipped to allow me to play games cheaper, what i need to know is;

• How much it will cost
• What burner i need
• What disks i need

+rep for help
Also will it effect my live, as downstairs doesnt have live but il be playing it with a account i use live on so upstairs i will use live.

Theres a website called craigslist (might only be american) where people buy and sell things and advertise their services. People advertise modding xbox 360s for about $50 USD which converts to about 36 euros. So my best guess would be around there.
And by the way, you say your 'downstairs' xbox, do you have different xboxs for different parts of the house?

Its called "flashed" and it depends on who you trust and find
it cost me £60 but only because i trusted this guy, it was either £20 and face having someone who used to steal cars handle my box or £60 someone whose at the market every thursday

Use Verbatim Dual-Layers - They are 100% going to work they are costly but are worth it

I dont use my flashed box to play online and i only had 4 games - 3 of them i own 1 of them i dont but i dont use it

well i have one xbox downstairs one upstairs, due to the fact i bought a xbox the day it came out in UK and its not exactly amazing, so in November i bought another xbox for upstairs

No. They are between 6-8gb and the disk holds 8.5gb

I had mine chipped a few years ago, but went online for a year, then got banned (xbox only). sold it for a brand new xbox. cost me £50 to chip.

craigslist isn't that good for UK.

i would get it flashed though, I used to buy games for £5, so if you wanna play games that normally cost £35, well worth it.
