Lol, same, dnt want to get my credit messed up..

I was in the exactly same position as Matt, i was sending some money through Paypal, £12.50 exact and the page was slow loading so i stupidly press the send money again so they took £12.50 from my bank (as i never had enough in my paypal) i also never had enough in my bank.

So i got charged £38.00, so i was quite scared as i think they call for it every week so, they'll charge you again if you haven't paid...

Just phoned up my bank, explained what had happened and the man told me they'll just put it down as a Bank error - probably taking my age into consideration but he also warned not to set up any more Direct debits as i'm underage to do so, fair enough.

Nice man, very kind and helpful.

The guy who helped me on another forum said it can be the banks fault for not monitoring our "accounts". Because they know we can't have direct debits but they still let us have them. Silly banks, trying to fool us . Well, I have sent ebay the money via bank transfer as I didn't know there email for instant. Can take up to 9 bloody days!! So if NatWest charge me, they can get bloody stuffed.

NatWest must not check the age of the person who owns the account then. Its probably just an automated letter and they don't really check until someone phones and goes. "Hold on a minute, I'm under 18".

    As they say.

I owe ebay £10 but my bliming paypal is limited so i can't send them them the money and i tried using my card but as it's connected to my paypal account i can't use it...
    only have one card aswell...

It's been i think 4-5 months, maybe a little longer since I've meant to pay them, every week or so the keep sending me emails, so I've really need to get that sorted as then they'll pass it on to debt collectors - they'll add on more money and credit gets wrecked up..

Yeah, well they have taken out £22.31 out of my account. Just waiting for PayPal to take off my negative balance.

Debt collectors CANNOT touch your credit rating EVER without permissions from the courts

It's usually a week before you come out of negative balance.
