Saying its not a website is absolutely ridiculous. With some things you can have an opinion but with others (like this) you can't, its hard fact that its a website whether you like it or not. You might think it isn't a "Proper" website but its still a website. Is it a collection of pages on the World Wide Web? Yes. It is a website.

Sorry. Your site is in fact an online flash game and not a website.
I can see both ends of the stick here, it's no biggy. It's on the internet, it does it's job so who cares. It could be bright pink and have turquoise text, if it does it's job, so be it.
