    I've never had Swine Flu, if I did I'd sleep all day to make a fast recovery
    That's why we seize the moment, try to freeze it and own it, squeeze it and hold it cause we consider these minutes golden.

    What do you recommend for it?
    plenty of sleep, water, nutritious food such as fruit and veg, tamiflu tablets if possible

    Do you know anybody with swine flu?
    three quarters of my year haha

    Have you had swine flu? - Yes just recently
    Have you got swine flu? - Not anymore
    How did you cope? - I felt like I was dying but then you do with the normal flu
    What do you recommend for it? - Rest, no sound, no light, water and co-codamol.
    Do you know anybody with swine flu? - Don't think so, they are awaiting results back.

    Cocodamol is a bit extreme for flu isn't it? :S

    Co codamol is only a pain relief drug, it works well against flu like symptoms, obviously if you abuse it you risk becoming addicted and so on. It's only part paracetamol and part codeine, nothing to extreme.

    I literally thought I was dying when I took two co codamols without any food in my stomach, puking, shivering, passed out, very distressing. Quite funny though now you think back.
