How did you cope? Well, when I had flu, I found it was just best to stay in bed all day, watch tv, eat nuts and seeds as I found it hard to eat anything and to drink, so preferrably non salty dry food. Also, get cooling pads or a flannel and a bucket of water because you want to keep your temperature cool, and your temperature will dry out the cloth. Also, you need to rest afterwards.

What do you recommend for it? Apparently paracetomol will not help with the temperature, so don't bother with it.

Do you know anybody with swine flu? Yeh, my brother had it, and one of my best friends. A few year 8s came back from a school trip in france with it, and my HOY had it.

What do you recommend for it? keep your immune system up, lots of fruit veg and zinc. Sleep more than usual, and drink plenty of water

my mate had it, she went to the docs and got some tablets, slept for a while and got rid of it..
