i go on the occasional run but it get tedious for me. I prefer circuit training it suites me because i don't get bored and it works on every area i need to play in goal for hockey.

i always say i'm going to start running but never get around to it. i was gna start running wid ma dog and then i thought, nah too much effort.
not the best idea then
I wish I had stamina. If you are stick thin and you 'increase your metabolic rate', what will happen? Would it just make you hungrier more often so you just eat more? > win win?ah right. my schools annual fun run, i did 6km in 52 mins, but im a hardcore biker so my staminas awesome. and yeah as you're using the legs muscles, they'll gradually become more visible. and as jogging is cardiovascular excersise, it'll stimulate and increase your metabolic rate, and you'll find you'll lose weight over a period of time (provided you're not stick thin in the first place). im sure you know this but you'll build up stamina if you keep continuing with this excersise scheme meaning you can run for longer and usually quicker
nothing, it'll just make it harder for you to gain weight. your metabolic rate is how fast you convert food/fats into energy, and if you excersise a lot your metabolic rate will be high - and thus as food substances is converted into energy more rapidly it'll be hard to put on weight.
It's already next to impossible for me to put on weight o.O
