    Default WOAH!

Okay, so I started jogging around 1,5weeks ago and could barely do a complete km at once. I just ran 5km, 3 being pretty easy (compared to the last 2)

So what do you guys think? Is 5km anything?
    I'm 15 years old and i'm around 75kg and 185cm tall

Just wanna talk about jogging in general your experiences?

I don't know the exact time but around 40-50 minutes. Also I was wondering, do you get nice legs from jogging? What about the rest of body?

I run once a day so I can time myself tomorrow

ah right. my schools annual fun run, i did 6km in 52 mins, but im a hardcore biker so my staminas awesome. and yeah as you're using the legs muscles, they'll gradually become more visible. and as jogging is cardiovascular excersise, it'll stimulate and increase your metabolic rate, and you'll find you'll lose weight over a period of time (provided you're not stick thin in the first place). im sure you know this but you'll build up stamina if you keep continuing with this excersise scheme meaning you can run for longer and usually quicker

ok, is running once a day fine or should I rest once in a while?

it totally depends on your fitness and stamina levels atm. it is probably best to limit it to once a day with the occasional rest, but at the start you'll want to take it easy, and usually once every two days. also bear in mind that if you're doing it everyday you'll get worn out and your legs will get very stiff because of the lactic acid that builds up as you excersise.

I started Jogging at 14 and within a few weeks your stamina picks up quickly. I would participate in any official runs there were like I did some running for cancer events, marathons with some friends (not getting sponsored, just running).

But don't try and do more and more everyday. Just stick to a reasonable distance and continue doing it. There is no need to keep running a further distance everytime because you make the same running the same distance.

I just jogged with a mate, bottle and music and we would just start from home and go jogging for a few miles and back. Not to long but it was good as we both play for football teams. We would do it Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. The schedule would allow your muscles and body to rest for 24 hours, the reason we did it 2 days in a row from Friday>Sat because we would work as much out of them ready for the Football Match on Sunday.

you lose fat in your ab region and that makes your abs visible.

I just ate 4 donuts and 4 tacos, I'm crazy hungry!
