UK does quite often get many major releases a few days before the USA, but on the contrary sometimes we get a film 2 months after a USA release. Up came out on home entertainment formats about a week after the UK theatrical release.

Yeah it was the same with a few others. When I flew over to the USA back in 2003, I bought Finding Nemo not a month after it was released in the UK cinemas, I also bought School of Rock the same day, 3 months before it was released in the UK cinemas XD

    Roger Ebert gave it 2.5/4.

It looks like a film that develops the social idea of George Romero's Land of the Dead, except with vampires instead of zombies.

obviously I don't know what makes a good film and stuff but I quite enjoyed it.

ending was alright, although it was another "is that it?" while you wait to see if the credits role.

jumpy in parts, vampire bat things coming from no where.
