Nope.

It is possible to get it through normal online play but as we are discussing on 7S, it's probably somthing stupid like jumping off highrise 1000 times.

Reach level 70, 10th prestige
Play every game mode on every map possible
Complete all challenges to 100%
Obtain 20 days total time played

Or something stupid like that, I can't imagine it'll be for something too easy.

Oh, or maybe for getting 5 tied game.

I thought it was getting to 10th Prestige. I saw a guy with it at 5th prestige..

But he also had Fall for the AA-12 and the 10th Prestige title..

False, many people have all the challenges done, yet no 10th spinning emblem even shows up.

Debatable at the moment. The quotes up above suggest you can unlock this emblem in-game, then again, it may be possible IW chooses certain people to give this to. If this is the case though, why hasn't IW given it to anyone yet, and if they have, why hasn't anyone come foward about it?

False, no proof even needed. I have 1100% on multiplayer, 100% for campaign, and 100% on Spec-Ops, yet no 10th spinning skull.
