you can get far better advice online than fitness trainers.
things like genetics play a big role but really you can get to your ideal size naturally with strict diet and workouts.
you pm'd me a while ago, didnt reply because i was off somewhere but yeah dont make it too complicated just make sure your eating alot and working out properly
the first few months you'l get noob gains (even if your workouts aren't great) which should boost your confidence etc, then maybe after a few months move on to the big lifts (squat, deadlifts, bench, bent rows etc).
Anyways good luck man best advice would to give yourself strength targets and eat whatevers in your path !!!!!!1
