We were stuck in Amsterdam (there's worse places, I know) because of the bomb scare a few years back, and we were basically left to figure things out for ourselves for 5 days before we could fly again. I suppose you get what you pay for- there probably will be a TV hanging above a seat somewhere to listen to through earphones, and the meal will definitely be a little... bad, I'm afraid.

Forget about the flight, take a magazine (I buy Official Nintendo Magazine every time I fly, it's a special relationship between us) and enjoy Greece

I've been with them alot, but for domestic flights only. Still, can't be disappointed with their fares or staff service.

On shorter flights they either have TVs that pull down from the ceiling in the aisle or little flip down ones above the seats every 6 rows or so, I haven't seen a short flight like that where the seats have them in the back.

I didn't even think budget airlines served meals, but I can't really input on that one.

EasyJet will be fine once you're sat down, seriously lol

You might get them coming around though, trying to flog stuff to you like headphones etc. I traveled on a MyTravel Airline inbound flight a couple of years ago (its merged with Thomas Cook now) and thats basically like EasyJet. It had a tv nearly every eight rows - they showed a movie, then played their own advertisements and something about cramp in confined areas (showing exercises). The outbound flight was much better, as that was using a Thomas Cook aircraft. Much more comfortable - and the televisions were nearly every four rows or so. It won't be to bad, and the toilets on board were pretty good. You won't have much on there though, as I presume its not going to be a double decker airbus or something. They don't generally have meals - as its only short (inside Europe)

It'll still be a good flight though just take your own entertainment and enjoy the flight.

They're okay planes. Just make sure you get there early and aren't one of those annoying families who come late and complain that other people beat you to it.

When I went to Slovenia with EasyJet you got small meals like pizza (which are quite good, they have flavour at least ) but I don't remember anything like TV, but on a short flight you could just bring your own entertainment like a DS, PSP, magazine or MP3 player, or sleep

I should of put this in my post. But how are the seats on EasyJet? I know the MyTravel ones, were uncomfortable when we reached around the half-way point of the flight. The Thomas Cook ones were really comfy though.

Well they're nothing to shout about but it's only a short flight so it really shouldn't be a problem for him. It's a low-cost airline so you get what you pay for I suppose.
Best thing now is to just stop worrying about the flight and just do it. You're flying with EasyJet whether you like it or not, so just enjoy it!

You can travel with just 3, I travel with just 1 airline and I have done for 17 years

I used EasyJet 2 months ago and its fine. Good seats. Its a budget air line so there will be no TV on every seat and no meal.
