My brother is in year 10 and if he got really friendly with a girl only a year older than me, I would tell him there's something wrong and tell him to be careful about the girl, especially in your cousin's and yours position

I really wouldn't worry about it! At the end of the day you have to realise that if they are happy together then it wouldn't be right to split them up.
