For free hand thats actually really good, i try free hand from time to time and like rage quit

It's really good for free hand, and you've drawn the overall shape quite well. Some parts are out of proportion, like the distance between the top and bottom of the hair. You should also try shading it .

Overall quite good for a first attempt.
