And you say it would be an intimidating and scary place to go, but I'm pretty sure, people from Russia and Qatar would feel the same about England and America, especially as they'd only hear the extreme stories such as 9/11, 7/7 etc.
I didn't say Qatar frequently experiences terrorist attacks, i am saying its a perfect destination for terrorists to carry out an attack, especially if England or the United States are playing. Saudi Arabia and Qatar share the same borderline, and their two countries are connected, now you can't tell me that Saudi Arabia doesn't have terror plotters and has problems with terrorist camps and so on? It's virtually next door to Qatar, it's defiantly worth thinking about.
I also disagree with you when you say Russians and citizens from Qatar would be scared to come to England, that just doesn't make sense at all - our country doesn't have neo-nazi problems, football hooliganism problems on a huge scale, isn't surrounded by countries that has reputations as generating terrorists and having terrorist camps.

a simple addition to the ball with a tracer on which would allow a system to record and relay its x&y axis in realtime to a member of staff in the stadium.. which could then see the x&y axis of the goal and trace if it went in and relay that to the ref instantly.

Football is better and more exiting without goal line technology, in my opinion.

Theres just so many problems with it being in Qatar. It's so ******* obvious that FIFA took bribes, What happens if Israel qualify for that world cup? Israelis are banned from Qatar.

Oh yeah here is the funniest. It's a criminal offence there for women to attend football matches.

Default FIFA World Cup Decisions on where they are held for 2018 and 2022

2018 is going to be held in Russia
    And the
2022 is going to be held in Qatar

First my opinion is that the 2018 should have been held in the UK
As the people in UK are more passionate about there soccer

and that the 2022 should be held in Australia its about god dam time we should get a chance to hold the world cup we have shown countless times that we can hold world wide events why not let us hold the FIFA world cup

Now your side what do you think of the FIFA's decisions

There's nothing like watching a game and there's a shot where everybody is going mental over weather or not it went over the line, split-second decisions are what makes the game immense and far superior to any other. Having technology there telling us all weather or not the ball went over the line would ruin that great atmosphere and speculation, we all go on asif we hate it, but we really love it.
We didn't need goal line technology thousands of years ago when we were playing it and we certaintly don't need it now.
Goal line technology makes football un-exciting and there is no need for it.

So you are saying potentialy unfair decisions embetter the game?

They don't have to announce wheter it went in or not straight away. You can still have those moments of speculation, only it would be fair in the end.

Obviously haven't had a major decision like that going against you, it's gutting. E.g. Lampard v Germany WC2010. Never been so pissed off.
