Talk about removing free trade

Surely Jagex know how botting works as their knowledge of Java would be far superior to those of the botting companies? I mean I've seen a few scripts and with only basic knowledge of Java I can gain understanding of what it's doing or trying to do. That's only scripts though, I've never actually looked at a client. I'm pretty sure that ***** is opensource? So people can check the code for malicious content?

They wouldn't get that information from it... I don't think they'll ever be able to get that information.

Between the two biggest free bots, there's actually quite a difference. One is open-source, so people can mess around with the coding if they like, and check themselves for embedded keyloggers and such, and the other one is built into a system where you just add them in. They're all checked before being put into the bot itself which actually isn't very true because many people have been hacked off of it, but regardless they keep using them. It'd be great if they found out how to slow down botting because I don't think they'll ever really stop it, someone else will code something new that they don't know about, problem solved. As for the accounts, I don't think they'll be able to retrieve them either.

Well i dont see it happening, free trade came back for a reason because it got voted back. They cant just remove it like that, hasnt even been free trade for long... lol

When Jagex told us about the referendum, they told us that they found out new ways to beat the bots and that it wouldn't be a problem. Which is why Jagex decided to bring it back if most of the members want it back. Jagex telling us this, made us think oh okay, bots won't be a problem now.. BRING IT BACK!

We got it back, and what? Bot's are worse than ever. You get them in hot spots, in every world... People can't even do frost dragons and make a big profit like you used to because of the bots flooding it. It was disappointing, and I lost believe in Jagex after that.

So it is possible that Jagex change things back like limited trades. It'll obviously help to fight bots. And if Jagex does put limited trades back into action, then I really wouldn't mind this time!
