    I don't think there's such thing as a depressed/overreacting teenager really, I always thought you said "Normal teenager" instead because every teenager has these feelings and it doesn't matter at all which you have.

    Depression is a serous illness, so probably not depression.

    If you struggle to see good in anything, or feel its impossible to overcome a problem or complete a job. As well as feeling low, sad and not being as social as you have been. Weird thoughts like self harm etc.

    It's a common illness in teenagers and nothing to get het up about. Drink plenty of water, do a fair bit of exercise and if after a while you still feel the same then pop to your local GP.
