Ask to move classes or ask to put in a formal complaint. if it's affecting your learning than something needs to be done about it and this could be classes as bullying.

It sounds like your teacher is channeling frustration in other areas of her life towards you. Keep pushing to get the issue to sympathetic ears and never give up until you have your justice. It is simply not appropriate of her to do. Good luck!
