
Maybe one person unbanned you and then another read your other view and was mistaken?
Right, if you read my other thread on my 22 hour response from customer support, you would have known that 1 of accounts received a permanent ban quite a while ago and I've been attempting to get it unbanned (because it was banned unfairly) for quite a while now.
So, I just checked and it has been unbanned (woo) and the customer support staff placed the issue as resolved. But they had the absolute nerve to do this;
"Hello,Thank you for your contacting Habbo.We have reviewed our records and the account of which you are inquiring does not appear to be banned. If the ban was less than 7 days, it has since expired.Yours,Habbo.com Customer Support"
That is just absolute *******. I mean, fair enough thanks for unbanning me but they're not even prepared to admit they made an mistake the last 3 times they refuted my un-ban appeals. They've tried to make it seem as if it was 100% my fault and that I was stupid enough to not realise I hadn't had a permanent ban. I even checked about a day before the ticket was "solved" and it was definitely permed - until 2021.
Urgh, glad my account is back but straight forward lying is just horrific.
The first person who read my review I suspect was not even a person (automatic message -.-). They sent me a message saying that I needed to wait 3-4 months to appeal an unban, when I had already stated I'd waited over 1.5 years XL
"Katharina" was the one who claimed I never got banned >.<, think I've received a few tickets from her as well.

EXACT thing happened to me.
My account got perm banned for an inappropriate name (even though it wasn't bad...), I appealed, it got unbanned eventually, but I got that message.
It's like, instead of saying that you could've said 'Your account is now unbanned' or something..
Well done on getting your account back Warren, but wow what a ******* nerve for them to say that to you ;l
