Right, if you read my other thread on my 22 hour response from customer support, you would have known that 1 of accounts received a permanent ban quite a while ago and I've been attempting to get it unbanned (because it was banned unfairly) for quite a while now.
So, I just checked and it has been unbanned (woo) and the customer support staff placed the issue as resolved. But they had the absolute nerve to do this;
"Hello,Thank you for your contacting Habbo.We have reviewed our records and the account of which you are inquiring does not appear to be banned. If the ban was less than 7 days, it has since expired.Yours,Habbo.com Customer Support"
That is just absolute *******. I mean, fair enough thanks for unbanning me but they're not even prepared to admit they made an mistake the last 3 times they refuted my un-ban appeals. They've tried to make it seem as if it was 100% my fault and that I was stupid enough to not realise I hadn't had a permanent ban. I even checked about a day before the ticket was "solved" and it was definitely permed - until 2021.
Urgh, glad my account is back but straight forward lying is just horrific.

- I said quite briefly (or I didn't , too tired to read my post again) that I'd waited a long time. I last sent a request about 9 months ago and just got fed up with the useless responses. I've waited nearly 2 years - hardly quick :L
