    Any crime should be reported! If you are friends from someone who is breaking the law then I would strongly suggest that you rethink your friendship, as this may have consequences for you. The UK have laws in places for such things. Having knowledge of the intention to commit an offence and/or failing to report it is a CRIMINAL OFFENCE, and does carry a custodial sentance.
