    put in the movie "Life Is Beautiful" at 8pm. You should be sleeping by 8:30.

    I don't recommend sleeping pills cause you never know when they'll actually take effect. When I'd take them I'd still be up and when it was time to go to class they'd finally hit me hard and I'd pass out.

    You gotta get into the habit of it.

    - Read
    - Talk on the phone
    - Lie there thinking about lots of things

    Eventually you'll drift, but it's not really effective if you have insomnia.

    For me it's the exact opposite, I want to wake up early! Like at 5 to get to my usual routine again!
